Chief Customer Officer
At my core I am a dialysis nurse. I have over 20 years of service in the dialysis industry and hold a BSN, an MBA, and I am a Certified Nephrology Nurse. I am a member of the American Nephrology Nurses Association, Renal Healthcare Association, National Kidney Foundation, and the American Society of Nephrology. I began my nursing career in the hospital setting both in the medical/surgical area and then as an emergency room nurse. I then moved to Dialysis where I worked as a Clinician and an Administrator. My oversight included compliance, education, finance, and human resources. I believe doing the right thing for the patient creates success for a clinic. I joined Neway as a co-founder and Chief Customer Officer because, as a Neway customer, I saw the tangible impact of next day results on patient care. My experience as a dialysis provider, striving for excellent patient care in a cost-efficient manner, helps me understand our Neway customer challenges. I am proud to supply our Neway customers with a streamlined lab draw workflow, advanced tools and reporting, and a superior customer experience. That's my Neway story. It's about TIME.
